As a chocolate fanatic, He is my master of chocolate. his desserts have consistency, complexity, finesse, layers of texture, layers of flavour well integrated, balanced. They are so fine and gentle. Chocolate with fruits, with spices, with flowers with brandy with whiskey with even mustard, sesame oil and soy sauce, they bring you to a whole new understanding of chocolate. I go there couple times a month to satisfy my crave and for every single birthdays around me, they become an excuse for me to get there ;) must try!

The texture of chocolate blew my mind! The chocolate cake makes me feel like in France. Delicate and nice quality of chocolate ,also infused with the alcohol that makes the flavor is very balanced and smooth. Definitely going back again :p

The advantage is that the dots on the disc are not just for decoration, nor are they the usual chocolate sauce, but red wine vinegar. The sliced ​​phyllo pie is dipped in a little bit, which is unexpectedly delicious. There are not many places, so it is recommended to book a table and order desserts in advance to avoid disappointment.
