Ordered shaved ice (lemon and brown sugar) with sweet azuki beans, black glutinous rice, and colorful tang yuan. It’s really good, tasted better than I thought it’d be (since I always doubt fancy looking food). The shop isn’t big but is pretty cozy (it just gave this feeling, maybe it’s because I visited it on a chilly day) and clean. The owner is very kind and friendly. Will visit again to try the handmade sorbet.

There are not many seats in the store and the space is relatively small. It is very creative as far as ice products are concerned. The different kinds of cakes are colorful and look sparse, but unexpectedly they are very filling. The ice cream is also of a high standard. The rich fragrance is not very chemical, but has a light natural fragrance.

Jiabing, an ice cream company that insists on using natural ingredients, the owner uses sweet Taiwanese fruits as raw materials to create Taiwanese ice cream that is not inferior to international brands, and also uses ingredients from all over Taiwan to make special iced tea. It is based in Assam, Nantou Tea with cassia seeds and lemon ice is a good taste. The natural sweetness is really delicious. You can really see the boss's intentions and insistence on using natural ingredients
