The boss is very friendly and passionate! He let my friend and I sample the different drinks to helps us decide which one to buy. He patiently explained the process of making the apricot seed drink and even showed us what the apricot seed paste looks like after being ground. The hot apricot seed drink was smooth and creamy and you can taste the genuine flavor of the apricot seed. It's a gentle taste that you can only find here, much more authentic than the artificial almond flavoring that most places use. If you stop by, have a conversation with the boss!
