As I'm a big fan of local Taiwanese beef I'm always on the lookout for Huang Niu Huo Guo (Local Beef Hot Pot). I visited this place a few years ago but never reviewed it. The meat is absolutely gorgeous, sliced thinly and without too much fat, and the hot pot comes with tenderly stewed meat and very yummy beef balls. Just order a small plate of local beef per person and one hot pot, then dip the meat for 3-5 seconds, and enjoy the succulent and satisfying flavor of fresh, local meat.
