Good variety of different Japanese-style hotpots, including the less commonly seen motsunabe and mizutake. Still most recommend going for their classic shabu shabu stock though, very sharp konbu fragrance and umami flavor. Vegetables and tofu were fresh, and free flow if you order one of the set meals. Meat was generally of good quality, especially the wagyu beef slices and wagyu beef tongue, but pricey for relatively small portions. What really surprised me was that their grilled selection, though small, was actually very good even compared to other Japanese who specialize in that kind of stuff. Grilled fish was smoky, very flaky and moist, and fatty in just the right way, albeit a little bit on the saltier side.
