Nantun District, Taichung City｜Kerry Shannon and Western breakfast shop

First time visiting this place. Was looking online for recommendations on Chinese breakfast and found this place. The selling dish is their omelette for sure! It’s a Taiwanese style omelette which is a wrap and inside is eggs and various ingredients you can choose. I love how flaky their crust is which is not usual in most breakfast places. The outside crust was so crispy and not oily at all. And the portions are definitely filling. The place was packed and I visited in the afternoon. A lot of people go there for lunch or brunch. It is a very small shop and only a few seats, no ac so it can be hot, consider it very street food. Everything is made fresh so you need to be patient But definitely worth the wait

They have a unique parmesan crusted breakfast roll that I've never found elsewhere. Often very busy but worth trying. We bring every one who comes to visit us here for breakfast.
