Xitun District, Taichung City｜MUMING HOT POT

I've been here once before and I've had an amazing experience but I wanted to make sure that I confirm everything with a second visit, and it surely is a top level hot pot restaurant with an amazing view and truly outstanding service. I've tried the Japanese A5 wagyu beef as well as the Australian W9, and on my last visit l enjoyed several other meats and seafood, and everything is top notch, of highest quality, and sliced perfectly. The vegetables of the hot pot are also fresh and clean, and even include some purple mountain yam, taro, and lots of mushrooms. The service is absolutely impeccable, and they make a delicious and creamy porridge for you at the end with your hot pot broth by adding rice, an egg, seaweed, and seasoning.

This is second time here. High quality ingredients, great ambiance and prompt service staff as well as nice view are the reasons for coming back. The only draw back is the sitting. They have only four people tables. We have a family of six and had to sit separately.
