Came here for their caramelized carrot butter & freeze dried olives. Each dish is curated to perfection with attentive service. Nice view of the Taichung central park from the 15th floor. The scrumptious deconstructed tiramisu and taro souffle are the favorites of the night. Be sure to check out the first floor luggage room for the next generation look.

Had a great dining experience. Staffs were very attentive and explained individual dishes . The only comment on staff is they are in too hurry to take the orders and clean up the plate . Otherwise they were awesome . The combination of ingredients are superbly matched well and was delicious and unique . The carrot shaped butter mousse was very delicious . My husband love the steak . I don’t eat beef so didn’t taste . Overall food is worth the price with good view . If the dining was open to west , sunset viewing would have been marvelous. The only food that I disliked was chicken soup . Don’t order unless you like raw carrot floating in the clear chicken broth. Mushroom soup tasted far better than chicken soup . The desert were tasty too . We had extra desert for anniversary.
