Every time I go to a must-eat restaurant in Taichung, the rich soup of Yangchun noodles is my favorite. What my children miss most is milk tea and omelets. The dining environment is very clean. The boss lady will wash all the dining tables very clean after closing the stall every day. Nowadays, few breakfast restaurants have such clean tables and are not greasy at all. The boss lady requires natural and healthy ingredients, and she is very careful in making them.
