The omelette is very Q, not the ordinary omelet crust, the muscle row inside is delicious and not too oily. It is recommended to call and make a reservation first. It is a small stall with only two bosses. The business is very good, so you have to wait a while! Delicious meals are worth recommending!

This is the most dedicated Taiwanese omelet that I have ever had since the historied breakfast store closed when I was a kid. They make very balanced flour cream and it just like making pancakes to spread on the pot then put an egg on the top, mix the flour and egg. Very tender but solid omelet, the most important key is they adopted Japanese soy sauce to provide rich smell and texture. Most of breakfast store wouldn’t use because the cost will be higher.
