This is a fantastic restaurant for high-class Teppanyaki which is a post–World War II style of Japanese cooking done on an iron griddle. The live lobster was cut in half then simply grilled in front of us - and it was wonderful - and the Japanese beef is succulent and perfectly cooked. The whole meal was a fabulous experience with attentive waiters and a nice flow of dishes. Suggestions for the owner: This is an old-school kind of place so there are not enough vegetables nor an organic salad being served, and for a high-end and extremely elegant restaurant it may be time for some changes in order to compete and stay in business. (For example: better bread, organic salad or veggies, no cheese on lobster, innovative soups, lighter desserts.) The high-end meals are around NT4000 to 6000 for 2 people, and the lower ones around NT600 to 1000 per person.
