I didn’t really like mutton, but my friend Jie Shao came here to eat it. I didn’t expect this mutton noodles to be braised in soy sauce. It doesn’t have the smell of mutton. It’s really delicious.

It is rare to find delicious "special mutton noodles" in Taichung. Each piece of mutton is big, and the braised soup is also very good.

The soup has a Sichuan flavor similar to Sanshang Qiaofu, but richer. The meat is very soft and tender. The noodles are thicker like Yangchun noodles, which can absorb the soup better. All three are very to my liking. The price is not expensive 100 yuan, it is recommended
