I've heard about this place but haven't had an opportunity to visit, and my goodness, they serve fabulous dishes that are well thought-out and beautifully plated, and are balanced with fresh and perfectly cooked ingredients. The Caesar Salad is one of the best in Taichung, the lamb, beef, and pork meats are juicy and tender, the risotto absolutely scrumptious, the squid-ink pasta fabulous, and the fish and chips moist and delicious. I was with a large group and was therefore able to try many things and all of them were wonderful.

The service is cordial and courteous, and guests are given appropriate time to decide on their meals. The number of responses when serving dishes and attention during meals are appropriate without causing interference, and guests are given a comfortable space to chat. The pre-ordered "Slow-roasted Prime Angus Steak" was a large portion (20oz), and someone asked if it needed to be reheated. Even after heating, it still retained its tender texture. The truffled beef liver mushroom hot spring egg has a refreshing seasoning, and the comprehensive seafood plate has fresh ingredients. I can enjoy the freshness and sweetness of the seafood with simple seasonings.
