Thanks for the friendly owner/ staff giving me a chance to try this tasty noodles without minimum charge. Made my 1 day food tour in Taichung completely. Highly recommend 🌶 Spicy sesame pork minced with noodles.

It became one of my favorite restaurants in Taichung, with great noodles with soup! Strongly recommended the starter iron eggs, but the fried tofu were okay maybe you can skip it.

Beef Noodle Soup is a Taiwanese speciality available in mom and pop shops, neighborhood restaurants, chain stores, food courts, and 5-star hotels throughout the country. This restaurant serves a fantastic version, making it one of the best Beef Noodle Soups I have eaten anywhere. The New Zealand beef is served on the bone and it’s juicy, flavorful, and wonderfully tender. The noodles are al dente (QQ) with a gorgeous texture, and the broth is truly magnificent, making eating this bowl an experience and an absolute pleasure. The surroundings are sublimely artful and poetic, be prepared to wait for a table, it’s worth it.
