Arguably the best beef noodles in Taichung. Noodles are springy, beef is tender, and the soup really packs a punch! Has a bit of herbal taste to it. Can get very crowded during meal times so be prepared to wait. Well worth it in my opinion. Limited menu, only serves beef noodles and minced pork noodles, but that's a sign of a niche traditional restaurant.

The soup is rich and sweet, the beef tendon is marinated soft but a little dry, and the noodles are a bit ordinary. It would be great if there are more varieties of side dishes.

The menu is very simple and there are not many choices. Today I consumed one large and one small beef noodles. The small bowl of noodles is enough to make you full. The soup is very rich and the beef is not dry. However, the difference between the large and small bowls seems to be only the noodles and the soup. The portion size of the beef noodles seems to be about the same in large and small bowls. I think this beef noodle restaurant is the most delicious in Taichung. The soup is really drinkable and cooked with great care.
