Xitun District, Taichung City｜Chevalier Teppanyaki

Great teppanyaki in Taichung, the environment is comfortable and pretty clean ( especially the flat iron counter is like a mirror). I sometimes feel most restaurants inside hotels are just eatable, but this restaurant is really outstanding one. The leading role the food is neat, the chef is familiar with all the ingredients he had and served them with perfect condition. Also the chef will talk to you shortly brief you the way to eat every dish. Finally the discipline waitress are doing their job very well, it was a nice experience. I am glad they are not just mimic the Japanese teppanyaki, but transforming to Taiwanese style teppanyaki.

Delicious, much better than Chamonix

The service team is good, and the food is delicious and durable. I like filet steak and rich soups the most!
