I also ordered a salad, with honey strawberries in the dish, the sweet and sour taste and the fresh shrimp are very fresh, Q bomb! The pastas I ordered today are: Shaoxing wine, duck reward, mentaiko scallops, each of which is very delicious! The hardness of the noodles is also very good, only the scallops with Ming Taizi are a little dry, but everything else is very good!

I traveled to Taichung from Tainan in April and ate here on the recommendation of friends in Taichung. To be honest, there may be too few seats. It was really delicious. Before I even ate the noodles, I could smell the various spices and XO sauce. Then I took a bite of the shrimps, which were so fresh and delicious that I wanted to curse XD Although it has a strong taste, it is not too oily or greasy. You can finish the whole bowl without even licking it and it will not make you sick. But the Shaoxing Creamy Chicken Thigh Noodles ordered by my friend felt a little off. Maybe it was because of the white sauce. The taste was cloying at the end of the meal. It was not as exciting as the first bite, and the chicken thighs tasted a bit chewy. Strong, although not as strong as firewood. But it's always far from what you imagined. It's because the seafood here is so delicious that other meats can't surprise you in your mouth! ? Appetizers: Stir-fried fresh clams with garlic butter and Penghu flower balls. The sauce is delicious and the clams are delicious. I can’t find anything to choose from. But also because the sauce and the freshness of the clams are so amazing and eye-catching, the flower balls have no sense of existence and are a bit unclear. The huazhi balls, which are fried first and then stir-fried with the sauce, have a texture that is very similar to the huazhi balls in the familiar medium-fried salty crispy chicken.
