The star of the show at Man-made is undoubtedly their hand-made pasta. I absolutely loved the chewy texture of the pasta and the super friendly service. While the pasta itself was outstanding, the sauce choices may be a bit "creative" for some palates. However, I believe this is a matter of personal taste, some adventurous eaters may find it interesting to try out the unique flavors. I am excited to see more dishes coming. Also looking forward to a wine menu. Overall it was a great dinner and will visit again!
