best ambiance and largest portion among all the beef noodle shops I have ever been to. I wished if the hongshao was a bit less milky more flavored but then they told me the soup was from Hubei (湖北) which became one new yet very delicious kinds of soup I've ever tasted in Taiwan. this particular store is very close to Taichung HSR station, so we could make it just on time before traveling back to Taipei.
