This is one of my favorite pasta place in Taiwan. I could eat here 5 days a week. The store is small, but the seating is reasonably comfy (not if you are a 200 pounds muscular man though). It's price-quality is of excellent value. It serves Taiwanese-styled pasta in a generous portion. So if you are looking for an authentic Italian pasta restaurant, you are looking at the wrong place. But if you are a student or backpacker with a tight budget, this might be the place for you. Pesto pasta in white sauce is my favorite item on the menu. In fact, I order this every time. Definitely not Al Dente, but the pasta is not too soggy either. The fragrance of basil and Oliver oil, the richness of buttery white sauce and the hint of garlic and spiciness, all together they create an intense tasting experience. This alone deserve a 5 stars. I've tried almost everything on the menu over a span of 2 years. I would say it's better than most of the local pasta restaurant, cheap or expensive. - The red sauce (Bolognese pasta, which is okay); - The green sauce (pesto pasta in white sauce); - The white sauce; and - The baked dish (a very generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top of pasta/rice of various topping). They also serve salad (mostly potato chunk) and soup.
