Delicious restaurant in the alley next to SOGO department store! The decoration of the store is chic but trendy. It's not like the improved or creatively Shanghai Cuisine which currently popular in Taipei city. The taste of several Shanghai dishes retains the traditional flavor. Stir-fried shredded eel is very affordable. The owner selected thick eel slices instead of eel shreds for this desh. Huadiao (花雕, Chinese yellow wine) chicken thigh roll is also recommended to taste. The house tea selection is also above average. Jasmine tea (香片) is pleasant smell with faint scent. Recommended to try Longjing if enjoy green tea.

I gave this place a 5 star because of its soup dumplings! They’re flavorful and juicy! Definitely give the radish pastry a try as well!
