I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic Japanese style restaurant in Taichung, Taiwan, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the wonderful ambiance and traditional Japanese decor that transported me to another world. But what really stood out to me was the incredible quality of the food. The meat was some of the best I've ever tasted – so fresh and prepared in a traditional Japanese style that truly brought out the flavors. The umami was simply amazing, and I savored every bite. I also had the pleasure of meeting the restaurant's manager, a beautiful young lady who clearly takes great pride in her work. She shared with me that she has a young son, who also makes a big effort to maintain the restaurant's high standards of food and service. It was heartwarming to see such dedication and passion in this family-owned business. In addition to the outstanding food and attentive service, I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the prices were. The quality and freshness of the food more than compensated for the cost, making this restaurant a real gem in the heart of Taichung. I visited this newly open Japanese restaurant for lunch. I had Yakitori lunch special. The chicken was so tender and tasty. Best chicken skewers I had ever. The side dishes were good also. Definitely recommend this place.

I had a great time with my fiancé here. They took great care of us. They even made a special heart-shaped rice treat for us, since they knew we recently got engaged. The food was great, too! The chef really knows what he is doing. Some unique dishes I had never heard of. Def try the fried noodles!
