Beitun District, Taichung City｜JEGG breakfast and brunch

I must say that it’s hard to find a healthy meal with fresh ingredients in Taiwan (I’m not kidding, I’ve been living here for 5 years) this is one of the best places to have that balanced meal without preservatives and MSG. Loving the salmon avocado toast🥑🥑 (one of my faves for sure!!) And the overnight oats was just so refreshing💜 The portion is enough for people who want to start reducing their food intake. It’s not about the quantity, it’s about the quality.
