Very delicious, very old-fashioned, provincial flavor

It is one of the world's best Taiwanese pancakes you can get here in Taichung. The pastry is handmade, and is crispy on the outside, soft in the middle. Eat it with soy sauce or the chili sweet sause, and it can give you an energy boost on Monday mornings.
