Wife and i stumbled on this place via Maps. Discovered it is a family run restaurant. The chef, which we assume is the dad, was very friendly and introduced the menu to us. The food was great, and we love the non pretentious ambiance. Experience tells us that in Taiwan, the most unassuming, humble looking eateries commonly serve above average food. This is definitely one of them! We have spent NT1000 on these dishes.
