Acceptable price, fresh and seasonal ingredients, and friendly staff. Being there at least once a month.

Best fish I've tasted across Taiwan and Vancouver. Top notch flavor, texture, and presentation. If you see the flounder fish on the menu, go for it. And DO NOT even bother doing anything with the wasabi because you don't need it, and plus, it'll only ruin it. Pick up your chopstick and just dig in and let the wonder sink in.
