I went on a 雪花冰binge this winter, stopping at various haunts like the traditional Shi Lin shop and wannabes in Ningxia but surprisingly this little shop in Taoyuan was the best of the best. Quality milk ice, well prepared and presented. If you love snowflake ice then come here.
