The boss introduced the characteristics of Aiyu to us very patiently and explains how the aiyu fruit forms the seeds after pollination from insects found only in Taiwan. He also demonstrated how to make aiyu from the aiyu seeds and highlighted the key steps in order to make aiyu like selection of water. We learn a lot from the short educational talk and bought the aiyu seeds. Highly recommended. The seeds comes with the steps to make aiyu and there's even a video made that available on YouTube for customers.

Very friendly people who took time to explain how AiYu is made and even let us try some of their homemade honey pineapple with AiYu! Love the experience!
