Great customer service. Grand opening event with long line. I asked customized drinks, and they do listen 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 As a foreigner from US, most tea shops I tried in Taiwan, their sweetness level is way too low, I can barely taste sugar inside. So, today I was trying order taro milk tea drinks, and I was trying order a higher sugar level again. First, they refused and say the same words like most shop, "our teas are sweet enough, you don't really need to worry." Then, I explained all stories from all my experiences, I really just want something sweet enough for me, not watery drinks. End up they say, "we will try our best." I'm like, "k, what else I can do 😂." When I got my drinks, they ask, "let's give it a try." After i tried in front of them, "hmm...nope, taste taro inside, but watery 👎🏻." Then, they said, "well, we can add more sugar if you would like to." "It's alright, I wasn't except anything anyway, plus both drinks are sealed" I said. End up they remake the one I did not touch yet. I am just saying that everyone have different taste. For me, sugar will enhance the taste of tea, so I love my tea sweet as hell!

The best taro milk ever!! The mashed taro is so tender with rich milk💓💓 1cup $60.. great taste like they mentioned 😁
