Amazing and original! At this hole-in-the-wall bbt shop, the selection is more interesting than the big brand stores. Need recommendations? Ask the friendly old couple here who also run a KTV for seniors in the daytime. We tried the highly recommended mochi and peanut, which changed our impressions of what bbt is! The mochi is homemade and much softer than rice cakes. The peanut added great texture and aroma to this drink. It was so good we ordered another one immediately! If you have the time, stay and chat with the couple. They’ll tell you tales of old Taichung you’d never find in books and Google.
