Twice I have come to order tea. Several months apart, different employees. My experience was the same. My Chinese is not great, but I try. Both times the employees laugh at me. Tonight they refused to help me and I was not able to purchase a tea. Three of them behind the counter speaking Chinese and laughing. I tried to use Google translate. I even pointed to the drink I wanted to purchase. Hands down the worst service I have ever received in Taiwan. I have lived here 3 and 1/2 years and have never been treated this poorly. We have returned and received excellent service. Thank you for the improvement. My son's favorite tea is sold here!
