One-of-a-kind beef noodles! The broth is rather concentrated, can be adjusted but that's the unique part. It packs a really heavy punch, savory and a little sweet at the same time, the former from the beef and latter from the variety of Chinese herbs. More akin to dipping ramen than traditional Taiwanese beef noodles. Supposedly made for some Qing dynasty admiral, the opening hours are also very unique. Only open on weekends lunch and dinner. I wouldn't miss it if I was ever in the vicinity. I would take this over any Taipei beef noodle champion any day!
