A friend brought me here. The boss and his wife were very kind and hospitable. The clear soup of mutton hot pot is very similar to the "Shanghai small casserole" cooked in winter in my hometown, with a little fragrance of sesame oil. The mutton is stewed soft and tender without any smell. The beef hot pot has a generous portion and a red soup base. The beef dumplings are highly recommended. The fillings have just the right balance of flavor and the soup is tinged when you bite them. It feels like dumplings from the north of China. If it weren't for my friends to guide me, it might be difficult for me to find this store that I would like to visit a second or third time.
