Literally the best beef noodles I have ever had. Firstly, the noodles are homemade, making a huge difference compared to some industrial ones and they even offer the options to choose how well you would like to have them. I personally prefer and chose the soft one. They were soft and yet still chewy and smooth. I would recommend for the wide noodles. Speaking about the broth, we picked one tomato and one truffle flavoured. Both were really good and you can taste the richness of the broth. I was scared that the black truffle would be too overpowering but it came out just right, with the perfect balance in flavour. We also went for the small dumplings and the cabbage which were good additions to the two bowl of noodles! Highly recommend and would definitely come back

The beef noodle soup here made us fall in love with beef noodle soup! Must try the half meat half tendon beef noodle soup. We love the firm wide noodles, the bean curd that soaks up the broth, and the tender beef. By far the best bowl of beef noodle soup we've had! The sichuan noodles with century egg is also fantastic. We always enjoy trying a few side dishes as well!
