A fantastic place for old-style Yang Chun Mian (noodles in clear broth), tender and succulent beef tendons, pickled cabbage, and other side dishes like beef stomach, tofu, intestines, and pig ears. The food is extremely consistent, the flavors gentle and light, and the prices higher but justifiably so!

This location is exactly like the original location that has been around for more than 40+ years. The taste of their signature simple noodle is just how I remembered from my childhood memory. I highly recommend ordering the dry noodle. Don't forgot the side dishes and Taiwan beer.
