Beitun District, Taichung City｜阿鴻師牛雜湯

Probably my favorite beef noodle soup place on the island thus far. Their soup stock for both the tomato broth and the clear broth (清燉) is lighter and more fresh tasting than other places. So savory and tasty but not heavy or oily at all. Simple homemade goodness.

One of the better beef noodle soups we had in Taiwan. I did need to add a little salt to mine. .. Soy sauce did the trick. I wish they had the regular garlic sauce that was at other restaurants. Restaurant was clean. Menu was small but typical for a Taiwan soup shop.
