West District, Taichung City｜黑肉麵

A very traditional and old restaurant in Taichung. Very nice pork chop, super tasty with big size. The meat is very tender, rice and other vegetables are all the best mates for the pork. Everyone should try this if you visited Taichung.

The fried pork ribs are really delicious! The meat is thick not flakes and not too salty. The rice is dry and crisp. The side dishes have not changed, they are all Huazhi balls, small sausages, dried bamboo shoots, Taiwanese pickles (for flavor), and beans. There is a queue at meal time.
