The side dishes taste very much to my taste, including kelp, dried adzuki beans, bean curds, braised eggs, pig ears, pig scalp...etc., they are all very flavorful. What makes it different from other stores is that the kelp and tofu skin are cut into thin strips, which makes it twice as delicious. Every time it costs more than 50 yuan, it is more than the noodles, which shows how delicious it is. The side dishes must be paired with the store's homemade fresh chili sauce, which is spicy and numbing. It is guaranteed to become a customer as soon as you eat it, and you will never forget the taste. Even though I don't like spicy food, I was also conquered.
