The 原味冷面 is so simple and tasty! You’d never expect it to pack such a punch of flavour, but the nutty flavours of the cold sauce and firm bite of fresh cucumber and carrot were a match made in heaven. Definitely ask the lady boss for a packet of chilli, it adds a whole new dimension to the dish! And opt to sit outside, it’s a nice car-watching spot :)
