The soup is good and it really feels like eating beef noodles. I ordered white noodles, which are very elastic. I ate the whole bowl very smoothly. I ordered another blanched green vegetable. The lady said it was water spinach today. Is it ok? I said no (I don’t like water spinach). The boss said bean sprouts were ok.
