A must visit beef hotpot place in Taichung. The beef is fresh and the soup is unique. Must try beef meat ball.

You can’t get any more local than this!!! The full dining experience itself is a stellar ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ sit in the alleyway with charcoal fire boiling that pot of soothing hot pot broth. The soup was surprisingly not heavy at all (thinking it is satay based with dried fish) perfect for all season. Dining in the alleyway definitely have some flaws tho, mosquito’s, sweating while eating with no AC. Not something I’d do everyday but definitely worth the experience! Meat was super tender and the fried tofu skin is a must order!
