I had the pleasure of dining at this Japanese hot pot and katsu restaurant and I have to say, it was truly an incredible experience! I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their food and the attention to detail that was put into each dish. The star of the show was undoubtedly the hot pot. The broth was bursting with flavor and loaded with fresh vegetables, seafood, and tender cuts of meat. I could tell that the ingredients were incredibly fresh and of the highest quality. It was such a treat to be able to cook everything right at the table, it made the experience feel all the more special. But the sides, oh the sides! They were absolutely incredible. Whether it was the crispy and tender katsu or the mouthwatering spicy tofu, everything was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. It's rare to find a restaurant that pays so much attention to the sides, but this place definitely does! Not to mention, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always made sure our glasses were full and our stomachs satisfied. Overall, I had the most wonderful time at this Japanese hot pot and katsu restaurant and I would recommend it to anyone looking for fresh ingredients and delicious side dishes. Five stars all around!
