Birthday sweet 03 Mille feuille in this exquisite driftwood style. This is not a typical mille feuille so regular standards don’t work here. The pastries are crispy, but not snappy nor fluffy. The custard is definitely undersweetened that even with caramel they still not sweet enough together, at least not to a dessert level. But do I like this combination in my mouth?
