Linkou District, New Taipei City｜甲上燒餅文三店

A long queue in a sunny Saturday morning. Eat in is virtually impossible as it is packed. I ordered takeout as a result. Soybean milk is pretty thick. Clay oven roll with scrambled egg mixed scallions, a good combination. Rice roll, a thin layer of glutinous rice and wild rice, perhaps 1/4 of roasted egg, fried bread stick, made it just right. I owe the boss a visit for now.
