Miaoli City, Miaoli County｜九里香水餃牛肉麵館

This is probably one of the best beef noodle soup place that I've had. The tripe and cucumber side dishes only add more points to this already amazing eatery. The beef is flavorful and tender, the noodles are just the right texture, and most importantly, the soup's flavor is very balanced. I find most beef noodle soup lacking in the soup category in that I feel like I'm tasting the oil and the water separately with each spoonful. The soup here is nothing like that and blends very well together. The tripe is braised perfectly and the cucumber goes very well with everything else. I find it rare for a place to check so many of my boxes for beef noodle soup, this place is a must-try!
