I rode for 12 hours on my scooter and arrived in Lishan at 7pm with frozen fingers, knees, and elbows. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Room was very clean and the bathroom / shower of fast hot water - revitalising!. AC in the bedroom also functions as a heater, and the owner set it to 25° so after the shower I was so comfortable I slept for 11 hours straight. Bliss. They also provide a basic breakfast and an evening meal. Wonderful. Highly recommend. Go in late Spring or early Autumn for the best weather and views. Thank you so much to the owners! Wonderful vegetarian breakfast sandwich. Friendly staff. Just like being with family. Rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean with wonderful linens. Cool weather and a beautiful beautiful drive coming from Yilan.

Fantastic place, extremely welcoming and warm-hearted owners, great attention to details, delicious diner and breakfast included (extra prepared vegetarian option). The room was very spacious and comfortable, very clean, great bathroom facilities, a balcony with a view over the mountains... Highly recommend this place! Thank you, hope to come again soon :)
