Quite busy brunch place. Plenty seats but overall always packed, though usually wait time isn't that long. Great selection menu wise, different flavors from typical breakfast shop, and things are less oily. Latte was just so so, better grab one from the coffee shop across the street. Special price on ready-made takeout items after 10:30.
