I highly recommend the egg omelet pancakes and the egg omelet toast. I eat here every day at work. If you call to make a reservation on the way, you don't have to wait on site. If you want to eat on site, you can park in the parking lot of Rainbow Military Village and walk over to have breakfast.

The price is very cheap, the food is delicious and not expensive
