Delicious shop worth eating again and again

This is the first time I went to this small hot pot restaurant that opened recently with my eldest sister. At first, I thought this restaurant was just an ordinary small hot pot restaurant. It felt very ordinary. I didn’t want to go in and taste it at first, but I thought it wouldn’t taste good anyway. Next time At most, I just didn’t come here to patronize, so I had dinner with the mentality of “take it as it comes”. The ingredients were just ordinary hot pot ingredients. I ordered the preserved egg pot that I have rarely seen before. There were two or three small pieces in it. The stinky tofu (not smelly), the dining environment is bright and clean, not bad! There is a pot of all-you-can-eat rice in the self-service condiment area, as well as drinks, soy sauce, white vinegar, chopped green onion, chili, spicy oil, spicy bean paste and more! The most important thing in hot pot is the soup, so when the soup boiled, I took a bite first and it was pretty good! It's refreshing and not greasy, and it's delicious. Then I ate the cabbage dipped in the sauce I prepared. It was delicious! The cabbage is sweet, refreshing and fresh, and the ingredients are carefully selected. Since I personally pay more attention to seasonings, soups, and the freshness of ingredients, this store has all three of these, and it's even better than ordinary small hot pot restaurants! I am quite satisfied with this new Shanghai restaurant ~ The other hot pot ingredients are not sloppy either, I think they are very delicious, otherwise I usually don’t like to eat processed food, which is not only unhealthy but also not delicious! After eating the ingredients, drink the soup again, wow! It tastes really unexpectedly good. The taste has become a little stronger, but the sweetness and refreshing taste have not changed. There are more flavors of other ingredients. In short, I am really surprised! I personally highly recommend everyone to come and try it out.
