West District, Taichung City｜Cappero 卡沛諾餐廳

*Second visit* Lunch set - also available on Saturdays! My friend wanted to eat pasta and watercress, so he recommended this place without hesitation. Perhaps it is easy for others to miss this small store in the alley, but there is no doubt that it is a five-star restaurant, and the price is very affordable. It is definitely worth more than many "Taiwanese" pasta and risotto restaurants that cost around NT$250! This time it was still amazing - from the aroma of the appetizer bread with butter, the rich sweetness of the soup, to the presentation and taste of the main course, and even the freshly ground coffee for the after-dinner drink. (Few after-dinner coffees taste so good. !) Finally, we ordered two different desserts, both of which were very delicate and delicious (even the cookies used for decoration on the dessert plate were delicious). Every detail is meticulous, the dishes are served at the right pace, and the water is added diligently. The restroom is clean and the supplies are considerate. You can see the care and attention of the owner and his wife. I have had the same Western set menu/lunch at several restaurants in Taichung, and this one makes me look forward to the new dishes every week and I am willing to return again and again. If you have the opportunity to visit Qinmei in the West District, don’t miss it! It's very close to Zicao Enlightenment for a walk. *There are too few photos because they were all wiped out as soon as they were served😅
